I always stay at this place in Thorpeness. The staff helped me with technical issues during my first visit. It suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, free parking, cookware, and no pets or smoking. Can't wait to come back for Easter!

I had a wonderful stay at 3 Oaks Court in Thorpeness. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach and The Dolphin gastro pub. The parking in the private development was convenient. The villa itself was comfortable and clean, with high-end, modern appliances. I appreciated the supplies provided, like dishwasher tablets and washing machine detergent. The unlimited "instant" hot water was a bonus. The furnishings were of good quality and the BT wifi was excellent. I enjoyed relaxing on the patio at the rear with the table and chairs.
While the double beds were very comfortable, the single beds lacked mattress toppers and were only covered with sheets. The stiff window catches made it difficult to open the windows.

This place is the epitome of perfection. It's so well-furnished, it's like they read my mind. The natural beauty of the area is simply breathtaking. And the best part? I had the whole apartment to myself!
Oh, and did I mention that I absolutely loved being charged an extra £25 just to check in at 3pm? Such a steal!

The 3 Oaks Court in Thorpeness was a dream come true for a beach lover like me. As soon as I stepped into the room, I was greeted by the most relaxing and beachy vibes. The three bathrooms with a bath were a total game-changer. I felt so pampered being able to soak in a warm bath after a long day of sun and sand. And guess what? They even had a hairdryer and a washing machine! Talk about convenience!
But hey, here's the thing - and this is just my personal opinion - I found the bathrooms a tad bit on the small side. But hey, I get it, not everyone needs a gigantic bathroom like I do.

The location of the property was perfect for our Easter holiday. We were able to easily access the beach and there were plenty of fun activities to do in the surrounding area. The property itself was very comfortable and clean, with high-end modern appliances and good quality furnishings. We particularly enjoyed the unlimited "instant" hot water, as well as the nice patio area at the rear where we could relax and enjoy the sunshine.
The lack of mattress toppers on the single beds. It made them less comfortable compared to the double beds which were very cozy.

It was all superb.

I recently stayed at 3 Oaks Court in Thorpeness and had a great time. The property itself was clean and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, with plenty to do and see in Thorpeness and surrounding areas. We felt safe and the area was family-friendly, with great cycle routes available. The easy parking and proximity to the sea, Dolphin, and Meare were also big pluses. And the crazy golf at Thorpeness Golf Club provided lots of fun. I would highly recommend this villa for a pleasant stay.
Although there were a couple of minor inconveniences, such as strict arrival and departure times, the positives far outweighed them. The property management charged us an additional fee for cleaning and requested that we remove bedding and empty dustbins, which seemed a bit unnecessary.
